The Barbara Johnson Foundation is an interdenominational, non-profit organization committed to providing support and understanding for the healing of relationships between parents and their children by promoting restoration of the family through unconditional love and spiritual and emotional support through a wide variety of programs.
DK Web Services designed and maintains the site, which includes an online community for fans and supporters of famed Christian author Barbara Johnson, who founded Spatula Ministries over 30 years ago to help parents deal with the psychological pain associated with their children "coming out" into the gay lifestyle.
The site, which passed 1,000,000 hits in May 2010, is a flourishing and central focal point for thousands of Christians and LGBT men and women each week. It also serves as a resource for fans of The Geranium Lady, Barbara's affectionate nickname.
We are slated to redesign and upgrade the site in the coming months.
